Nursing Homes

When you need a decision quickly without pressuring the family.

You've told them and told them, "Your family needs to start thinking about funeral arrangements." But they just could not do it.  Everyone was praying for more time.  It happened before they expected it.  Many were superstitious -- if they made funeral arrangements, the death would just occur sooner.  For whatever reason, they put the decision off and no one seems to be able to locate the decision maker. 

You need a decision, but you do not want to pressure the family.  There is a simple solution whether or not the family has made a preliminary decision or not.

If the family cannot decide what to do, suggest to them:

"You know that it is not our policy to recommend one funeral home over another, but there is someone who can help you. It is a good idea to know exactly what you want before you select a funeral provider.  Ken Lambert can help you. He is not a funeral director. But he educates families and negotiates for them.
