Informing and Educating Your Congregation.
Goal is to make sure that all families know that Ken's Service is available before it is needed.
What follows is the sample letter format:
Date
To: Members of Our Church Family
As part of our church ministry, we are providing this information so you can know help is available before this specific need arises. In the next year, ten percent of the families in our church will experience the death of someone in their family. In the next ten years, that percentage will be almost 100 percent.
When death occurs, families are incredibly vulnerable to funeral industry sales tactics, manipulation, and pressure to over-spend. Ken Lambert is a Christian advisor, crisis counselor, and negotiator for families when a death is anticipated or occurs unexpectedly. Ken is not a funeral director. He neither buys nor sells funeral related merchandise. Ken is simply your family's coach and advisor.
Ken Lambert's service will be invaluable to your family when you need help. Ken will:
1. Educate you on all your options, not just those recommended by the funeral establishment or cemetery.
2. Once you decide what to do, Ken will help you select the provider that most closely matches your family's background, culture, and other characteristics particular to your family.
3. Then, before the funeral provider has your family's name or telephone number, Ken negotiates the price.
Ken guarantees that his advice and coaching will save you from $2500 to $7000 or more per funeral. You may decide to do everything on your own. But still, call Ken before you finalize the deal, even at the time of death.
How is Ken Lambert paid? It is really simple. Families calculate the amount of money that Ken saved them. His fee is 20 percent of the first $2500 saved, then 10 percent thereafter. If your family saves no money, there is no fee from Ken. There is never a contract with Ken Lambert. All his help is on the honor system. And all his help is given over the telephone.

To avoid any conflict of interest, you must understand that Ken Lambert does not work for a funeral home or cemetery. He is not an employee of our church. He is not a funeral director, but a funeral consultant. He neither buys nor sells funeral related merchandise. He works directly for your family on the honor system. He is only paid if you save money and get exactly what you want.
If your want to contact Ken Lambert, you can go through his web site at funeralnegotiator.com or call him directly at (281) 357-0195 or Toll Free 1-888-669-4947. When you call, Ken will ask you for your first name only on the telephone. He respects your privacy.
Ken Lambert will not initiate contact with your family. This letter is being sent for the sole purpose of informing you that Ken Lambert's service exists so have the option of calling him when you need assistance.
