We do not want any personal information other than your first name and your relationship to the family member or friend who is the subject of your call. We will not ask for your personal information or payment until we are sure we can help you. We respect your privacy.  No provider ever gets your information until you give specific permission to release your personal information.

We do not utilize an answering service. There are times when you will get our voice mail. If a death has occurred or is imminent, call us 24 hours per day.  If you get our voice mail, leave a message with your first name only and telephone number and time you would like to be called.  Then also contact us on our alternate number 281-380-2238 so we know you are trying to reach us. At certain times of the year, our call volume is high. If we are talking with a family, we will not interrupt that call unless you page us because you need immediate help.

If death has not occurred or is not imminent, our business hours are Monday thru Friday 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM (CST). Saturday is 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM (CST). Sunday we are in church and taking a much needed break unless of course you need immediate help.  

Calls will be handled in the following priorities:  1. Top priority is at the time of death or imminent death calls.

2. Next is families with a loved one in hospice or ICU.  3.  Families needing immediate help for MEDICAID situations.

4.  Families planning for their own or a loved one's funeral in the near future.  5.  All other calls.
