We do not utilize an answering service. There are times when you will get our voice mail. If a death has occurred or is imminent, call us 24 hours per day. If you get our voice mail, leave a message with your first name only and telephone number and time you would like to be called. Then also contact us on our alternate number 281-380-2238 so we know you are trying to reach us. At certain times of the year, our call volume is high. If we are talking with a family, we will not interrupt that call unless you page us because you need immediate help.
If death has not occurred or is not imminent, our business hours are Monday thru Friday 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM (CST). Saturday is 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM (CST). Sunday we are in church and taking a much needed break unless of course you need immediate help.
Calls will be handled in the following priorities: 1. Top priority is at the time of death or imminent death calls.
2. Next is families with a loved one in hospice or ICU. 3. Families needing immediate help for MEDICAID situations.
4. Families planning for their own or a loved one's funeral in the near future. 5. All other calls.
